Terrible experience with this mechanic. Very rude and would not answer my calls after I paid for work to be done. Still has not gotten back to me, am waiting on response.

Richard was extremely responsive and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car. I was dealing with a coolant leak and overheating engine, which he explained everything thoroughly. He walked me through his findings and showed me what he was seeing, and answered any questions that came to mind. Not only did he replace necessary parts that we discussed, but he made sure my car was running properly before leaving. I really appreciated his transparency, professionalism, & willingness to explain my options instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. Overall, great service & a very knowledgeable man. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Richard.

SCAMMER ALERT!! If I could give 0 I would! DO NOT waste your time and money on this person. Very unresponsive, unprofessional and unreliable. We needed our cargo van door fix and reach out to him April 26th, he came by to “diagnose” which really wasn’t diagnosed because we told him exactly what’s the problem, he said he needed a part but supply house is close. He said he’ll come back on Monday but still collected $150 without fixing the car or doing anything. Monday came and dude is not responding and when he finally responded he gives all kinds of excuses like his ex gf stole his car etc. regardless of what the reason might be, it’s your responsibility to COMMUNICATE to your clients. Finally, after a week he show up he made a “customize” parts for “temporary use” till he get the part. He collected another $140 and left the handle undone and he’s been MIA and unreachable ever since. My husband and I been trying to call or text him but he never answer the damn call or text. This person is a scammer I highly advise people to beware of this person. All together this person took $300 from us and did not fix anything and did not communicate at all! UNPROFESSIONAL. UNRELIABLE. UNRESPONS

I can’t say enough good things about the convenience of having a mobile mechanic! I need my vehicle to run my business, so scheduling a trip to a traditional shop during normal business hours was out of the question. That’s where mobile mechanics like Richard are an absolute lifesaver. Richard was super friendly, professional, and wasted no time getting right to work on my Jeep. What would have taken me hours (or even an entire day) at a shop was done in a fraction of the time—all without me having to leave my house. The efficiency and convenience were unbeatable, and the quality of work was top-notch. I called him at 3pm and my car was finished that night! If you’re on the fence about using a mobile mechanic, don’t hesitate—Richard is the real deal! Highly recommended.
